CURLING
The curling team this year consisted of two teams, fa irly evenly matched, competing in four bonspiels. Kevin McGiashen's team of Brad Parks, Steve Mcinnis, and Jerry Wett- laufer competed against very tough teams in Oril- lia, Barrie and Coiling- wood bonspiels. Keith Currie 's team consisting of Mike Brown, John Dance and Gary Low curled extremely well in the Collingwood bon- spiel and as a result fin- ished a very close sec- ond to an extremely good Orangeville team. This team plans to curl in an upcoming bonspiel in Elmvale near the end of March. It is hoped that next year many more people will come out for this fast growing sport.
