WRESTLING TEAM 1985
This has been another bumper year for the Collingwood Wrestling Club. Our Junior Varsity Team and our Senior Varsity Team both won the GBSSA Team Championships. This was the first time any school achieved this honor. Steve

At the GBSSA Novice Tournament many new team members gave a glimmer of possible future developed talent. New wrestlers include Pat Bowhey, Tim Foley, Dee Glenn, Dean Young, Doug Syber- sma, Craig Hanisch, Rick Golby, Kevin Zeggil, Rick Welburn, and Gord Buckle. These young men proved to be highly dedicated in both hard work, to get into excellent shape, and the development of skills to use their conditioning. A s an

example, C.C.I. novices won the team trophy at the Orillia novice Invitational. They also contributed to another team trophy being successfully defended - the Huronia Invitational.
CCI's elite wrestlers also showed their medal this year, dozens of them! The elite wrestlers Georgian B a y ( w i t h m o s t successful wrestlers from CCI) suc- cessfully defeated their CEO Challenge Cup Trophy.
