WE'RE IN THIS FOR THE MONEY
You couldn't believe your eyes! For a week at the beginning of November, the halls of C. C. I. were filled with the strangest goings on. People were selling everything from kisses (the Hershey type) to pizza to 'Owl' buttons. Outside by the auto body shop where auto repairs were generally carried out, students were smashing a car to pieces. Raffle tickets offering a large range of prizes were being sold. Yes, this was another United Appeal Week at C.C.I.. After all of the money was handed in and a final tabulation was made, the students and staff contributed a total of $2175.91 towards aiding community services. Mr. Redmond's frog- leaping class raised the most funds with Mr. Benbow's November fest coming in second. The restaurant service class raffle earned a third place. Everyone is to be commended on a job well done!
