Council was not to be just another face in the crowd. An we weren't! Under the leadership of our president Marc Al-
lard and vice president Jill Besse, we got the 1992-93 school year off to an incredible start. Thanks to great an- nouncements and planning by Kate Ralph and Jason Wilcox, the school pulled off two very successful school dances. With the help of Nancy Fel- ton, the council managed to bring the amazing band ONE to our school.
But who's S.A.M.? That question was answered by over 1000 students as we sold a record number of student
found himself over his head in money. Also new to C.C.I. this year was SPIRIT WEEK, and our athletic pres- idents Don Shackell and Krista Meesters led the cheers for our school teams. Head Prefects Martha McLeod and Mike Currie made valuable con- tributions to events like the Santa Claus Parade. Y ear reps Devon Mcin- nis, Sacha Talbot, Tyler Spies, Mar- cus Robinson, Shawna MacLean and Sheila Forgie all played big parts in the success of events such as Club Day, Grade Niner Day, Pizza Day,
and the Harvest Food Drive.
The council could not ofbeen so suc- cessful without the help and guidance of the following staff advisors:
