A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL SEASON!
This mostly-rookie squad came together quickly and committed to practices and competitions. They were decked out in new uniforms, boots, sweatsuits and bags, compliments of the fund-raising efforts of the newly formed Parents' Association.
The team dominated the Simcoe County Junior Tournament and did very well in the League and GBSSA Championships. They attended 5 tournaments, plus the Ontario Championships and OFSAA, and hosted a week-long training camp with Brock University and its three National Team members. This has been a busy and successful.year! Team leaders, the "Twin Towers", Heath (ABOVE L) and Ham Beatson (ABOVE R), were both SILVER medalists at GBSSA and earned SILVER AND BRONZE medals respectively at the Na- tionals in Edmonton, Alberta.
Congratulations to all team members for a fine season and best wishes to the graduating team veterans: Marcus Robinson and Scott Ottewell.
