The MIDGET GIRLS served up a
winning season with 6 wins and only
3 losses. In the play-offs, the squad
scored victories over Innisdale and spikes, even harder serves, Tiffany North, but was unable to defeat the
strong Midland team in the cross-over round. Fine effort, girls!

The JUNIOR GIRLS FIGHTING OWLS came flying out of the gate, winning their first two matches, but missing the play-offs by only one match. The highlight, as always, was the tournament in Huntsville. With dazzling new hair-dos, little sleep, (from poker games?), and "Belle" Dempsey's comic relief, the girls played hard but lost out in the semi-finals to the host. This was a great group of young ladies!
