Mr. Nickel recalls the rade 9 student who, during a lesson on how to light a bunsen urner, put his mouth to the gas nozzle, filled his lungs with 1ethane, lit his lighter, and blew the gas out of his lungs. lames shot about 8 feet across the room. "A regular human low torch!" After a three day suspension, the student returned.
Mr. Nickel then taught methane explosions and what would have happened if the student had "hiccupped."
STRANGEST class experience?
