Our new Educational Ass't, Mrs. Halli- day (Fr. R), comes to us from Creemore P.S. She is conducting a female clarinet group and assisting with our concert choir at CCI. We welcome back Mrs. Murray (Fr. L) to CCI's Special Services. New to the Tech Dept. are (Bk. L) Mr. Hawton from Midland, a science graduate from U. of Guelph, and Mr. Lever (Bot. L) who travels from Shelburne every day to teach Auto and Small Engines at CCI. He has 6 children and has been a commercial pilot since 1946. Mathematics teacher Mr. Rice (Mid) has degrees from Western & McGill and previously taught at Banting and King Square. New to the Science Dept., Mr. Meadley (Bk. R) attended Carlton, majoring in physics and math. Ms. Ventura (Bot. R), a Western grad, has added Spanish to the Moderns Dept. All the new staff enjoy the enthusiasm of CCI students. We say "Welcome to a place that is "Stranger Than Fiction. "
