REMEMBER?
Remember those soldiers that fought,
that fought for peace?
Remember those wars,
those wars that brought us together? Remember the reasons,
the reasons for them to get even?
Can you remember the ones,
the ones that gave up their lives? Remember the fighters,
the fighters that lost their lovers? Remember the wives,
the wives that saw their husbands leave? Remember the children that said "I love you daddy", "I love you daddy" for the last time?
The children and wives that never saw their husbands and fathers again.
Does anyone remember the date, NOVEMBER 11th 1918,
REMEMBRANCE DAY?
