     During the spring of 1998, 45 CCI students from grades 9, 10 and 11 participated in the Cana- dian Mathematics Competition by the University of Waterloo. The Pascal (Grade 9) Team ranked 12th in the Simcoe- Mus- koka Zone. Patrick Mason, Jeff Roest and Glenn Mayberry re- ceived Certificates ofDistinction for achieving a score of at least 82.Patrick, Jeff, Glenn and
Gosia Kozak were all named on the Honour Roll for placing in the top 25% of students in Ont- ario. In the Cayley (Grade 10) Competition, the team placed 7th in the zone. Andrew McKechnie and Jasna Junuzovic receive Certificates of Distinction for scores of at least 91. Joseph Cur- ran, Judah Curran, Sara Rich- mire and Lisa Grant were also
on the Honour Roll for placin11

in the province and !60th in Can- ada. This is an excellent accom~ lishment. The top 5 students in- clude Sasa Junuzovic, Natasha Sunderji, Marisca Carruthers. Brad Jarman and Jennifer Canning.
