It always seemed to happen at the most inconvenient times- the fire alarm went off and all persons had to exit quickly. Sometimes it was planned, all to frequently, it was the result ofa prank. Most times. it occurred on a day when the temperatures had dipped below freezing and everyone had to shiver and huddle until the "All's clear' bell allowed everyone to return to the warmth of their classrooms .
