Eighteen out of the 29 Owls posted top 10 finishes at Gil's and C.C.I. went on to OFSAA Regionals. AI Ghs. Daniclle O'Neil captured I" in the lOOm and 2"" in the 200m. and anchored the Midget (iirls 4 x lOOm relay team to a 3'' place linish. Shane Ferth finished 1• in the Senior hoys 400m. 3'' in the lOOm and 4'" in the 200m. while anchoring the Sr boys relay to a 4'• place result. At OFSAA Regional, C.C.I. had Stop ten finishes in individual events and the Midget Girls and the Senior Boys won the 4 x IOOm relay heats. Jenn VandcrVecht captured 3'" place in the Midget Girls 80m Hurdles + went to OFSAA Finals. Danielle O'Neil tied a school record in the 200m race, a 2nd record of the season in long jump. Shane Ferth ended his high school track career with style and an 8" in the Senior Ooys 400m. IO'" in the 200m. 12'" in the lOOm and anchored the Senior Boys relay. Mrs. Norris's Class (LT) competed in the annual Stayner Track + Field Meet + members of this team were: Melanie Tatarchuk. Josh Edwards. Lisa Arnold, Jeff Claire. Jenny Santori. Tracey Hudson. Laura Traynor, Jon Rate and Robhie Roes!.
