GRADE 11
EXAM COUNTDOWN BEGINS...
W e saw January bring spring-like snow conditions, much to the dismay of the many snowboarders and skiers of CCI. January also brought groans of final evaluations and exams, thus ending the first semester. When students finally found that they had a few days off after studying, they were found that the conditions on the hills had a lot to be desired. The unusually mild winter weather conditions of 200 I had reduced the ski base to practically nothing and the warm temperatures at night prevented the resorts from making additional snow. Needless to say , the turnaround was a disappointment to these athletes.
