      JUNIOR BOYS RUGBY was eventful and very exciting lasting last year. The team started off the season winning the Flesherton tournament with a sound thrashing of all teams faced. The season ended in the quarter finals with a loss to Twin Lakes in Orillia. The team was consisted of a Junior and Bantam mix. Members were Andrew Boyle, Josh Bach, Charlie Boismier, Lincoln Brady, Tyler Cox, Zach Cuff, Travis Dee, Jacob Fisher, Mike Graham, Dylan Gredner, Gratchen Grisson, Ryan Howard, Mike Howe, Thomas Jarman, Cody Kelly, Adam Kennedy, Nathan Le, Jamie Love, Stephen MacDuffie, Jesse Marsales, Neil McCarl, Taylor NcGuire, Robert McKaye, Rob Mills, Justin Mitanis, Adam Palmer, Pierce Pimiskin, Travis Sandberg, Jason Short, Joey Thorski, Chris Ward, Scott Walker, Alysha Wilson, Wayne Wilson, Jamie Woods, Mike Woods and Travis Worth
THE 2004 SENIOR GIRLS' SOCCER TEAM enjoyed a very successful season. The girls had a perfect 6-0 regular season record and captured the 18-team tOLJrna- ment they entered. They then won ·their playoff games in convincing fashion and the GBSSA AAA/AAAA champiortship final in a thrilling overtime match against Banting. AtOFSAA,thegirlsadvanced by finishing second in their pool of five, los- ing only to the second seed. In the quarterfinals, they battled the first seed to a scoreless draw, but the season came to an end on an overtime goal by the opponents. The Owls were led offensively by Andrea Bevan, Allison Lainey and Sam Holmes. Midfield strength was provided by Lisa Wiele, Nicole Trott and Alicia Hall. The
The 2004 SENIOR BOY'S RUGBY TEAM completed another successful season, compiling a 10-3 record overall. This included a 4-1 regular season record and a fina)jst finish at the Ofsaa sanctioned Guelph Centennial Tournament. The team featured excellent play from both its forwards and backs and is returning many of its outstanding players to create an exciting outlook for the 2005 season. Mark Garbutt led the team at 8-man this season and was named Tournament MVP in Guelph. He was also named the 2004 'Hardest to Replace' Player by coaches Hammond and Bracey. Many outstanding players will be moving on from CCI this year and will definitely be missed. They include Garbutt, Evan Trott, Jay Anstey, Andrew Cowan, Patrick Findlay, Braden Fisher, James Osburn, Matt Lockhart, Matt MacDonald, Chad Mcintosh, Blake Morrison, Paul Recoskie and Iqpal Singh. Good Luck in the future guys! ! Once again the Senior Rugby team has proven itself, a team to reckoned with provincially and has put together an amazing 46-13-2 record overall in its first 4 years of existence. Good work in keeping the winning tradition alive!
