The end of October always brings the strangest creatures out ofthe forest to roam the halls ofCCL In the Business wing and Guidance Office, the Wicked Witch seemed to be having a family reunion as long black gowns and pointed hats appeared in both departments. The front office must have rode in from the wild west in order to work at their computers that day. It was a good thing that Dorothy was on her way to Oz and not to the Science department for she would have run into the mad scientist and a certain teacher wearing purple spandex who bore a very slight resemblance to Mr. Squire. At noon, the gym was packed in order to watch the Fashion Show as everyone in costume strutted down the catwalk. Vanessa Garvin and
Jenna Sealy enjoyed a bubble bath and Braveheart huge dragon. Every outfit was superb so picking a winner was an impossible task.
Later that evening, the gruesome, the
hilarious and the traditional appeared at the dance. The forest was never this wild!
