It looked the a scene from a Nintendo game- a battle between The Geeks and The Jocks. Who would outnumber the other? The Athletic Council sponsored the February dance and all who entered through the double doors were encouraged to either wear nerdy glasses, pants or skirts pulled up above the waist and a bow tie with a plastic pen protector in the shirt pocket OR come in full athletic gear. (It was a little cold for those who walked to the dance wearing shorts and sports socks.) Who won- The Geeks or The Jocks? Everyone did- it was a great dance!!!
