-1918- World War One

1939-1945 -World War 2
War broke out in the late 1930s.ln this war CCI lost 26 of its students in battle and the war itself caused over 60 million deads not including the over 6 million Jewish people killed. The war ended on t he 2nd of September in 1945.
1926- 3rd CCI was built
The third CCI was built on the same lot as the previous after is had burned down a year earlier. The school was also located on the corner of Hurontario and Hume. This historical landmark was later taken over by Admiral Collingwood Elementary school in 1953, but was recently torn down in the year 2001 to make way for a new buildings.
1954 - Current CCI wa s built
The final installment in CCI history was built. The current school was built in 1954 and is still standing and occupied by many staff and students. The school is currently undergoing some renovations and additions including the new cosmetology Jab, music department and Comm.
