Hockey is much more than just a sport. It builds teamwork, sportsmanship as
well as trust and forges new lifelong friendships. The hard pace of the game enables students to develop quick decision making and improving the response time people need to create players that are fit and agile. Rushes of adrenaline hit you as you step onto the ice and continue to power you along throughout the game. When the game is done, and you unlace your skates, you instantly feel better, anxiety and stress free with a positive attitude.
