THE GLEANER Rooters' Club
This year a Rooters' Club was organized. Sherman Taylor and Philip Bedenham were appointed cheer leaders. Twice a week the poor, all-suffering salesmen in the stores below us held their ears and walked up and down in agony, as the old Col- lingwood yells were roared from two hundred and eighty-five straining throats!
Suc)l organized cheering tells; numerous times during the rugby games this season, when things began to look black for Collingwood, the day was saved by the student body as a whole inspiring their team to do even greater things by suddenly ripping out-

Hinkety Pinkety Shanty Town, Who can put the C. C. I. down? Nobody, nobody!

When our boys seemed down and out; when they had their faces in the mud; the great inspiring battle crys of our school seemed to send an electric shock to our players, and once more they would get up and fight till the danger had been passed.
