The Inter-School Christian Fellowship consists of a group of students who are interested in Bible Study and fellowship. The meetings are held each Wednesday after school from 3:15 to 4:00. Special speakers are invited to speak once each month.
Socials are held every two months and I. S. C. F. groups from district schools are invited.
Our staff sponsor is Mr. Schneider who takes a sincere interest in all who attend the meetings. Four denominations are at the present time represented, but a warm welcome is extended to any
others who may be interested.
We would also like to thank Mr. Mcintyre for his co-operation with us.
Current Events Club
As another year of scientific progress and political upheaval passes into history, the Current Events Club of the school has been active in noting and evaluating these major developments. From such inter- national papers as the NEW YORK TIMES and the NEW STATESMAN, a member of the Club (who prefers to remain anonymous), reads, selects, and causes to be displayed on the Current Events bulletin board, articles likely to be of interest to the student body.
The Current Events Club sets a high standard of exclusiveness and dedication to a worthy cause, and such is the nature of its membership that it achieves a unique singularity of purpose and an exceptional atmosphere of unity. Under the able direction of the President, Douglas Webb, and the competent guidance of the other half of the Club, Mr. L. Smith (Staff Advisor), the Club looks forward to grappling, for still another year, with the weighty problems of our time.
