A very successful year has been enjoyed by the Collegiate Ski Club under the direction of President Bob Simpson, supported by an active executive consisting of Ben Carruthers (Vice), Nora McKay (Secretary), Martha Nettleton (Publicity and Social Convenor), Ron Picot (Racing and Events), and Ronald Culbert (Equipment and Management). Mr. Culbert and Mr. Titus are our valuable staff advisors.
The Club gratefully acknowledges the help given by Mr. Jozo Weider and the Blue Mountain Ski School in providing excellent services for our skiers, and by Mr. Lloyd Blackburn in making his truck available. We have enjoyed reduced tow rates for Wed- nesday afternoon skiing and also professional instruction for all levels at the low cost of .SOC a lesson. These features, together with good transportation by bus and car and with availability of equipment, have produced an enthusiastic membership of more than one hundred, many of whom are beginners. We appreciate, too, the support and enthusiasm of a number of the teaching staff, and of the Collegiate Board which has provided a bus.
