The school newspaper this year is much better organized. We employed the Vice-Presi- dents to sell the paper in every class, and the Grade Eleven typists to produce the paper. We were still very much understaffed, however, and this held us in restraint to a certain extent. We hope next year to be able to get many more people and a new editor will be chosen.
Student response has doubled from last year, but there is still only a portion of the students buying the paper. From what we can make out the students enjoyed the paper this year in ore than last in any case.
Many plans are under development in_im- prove the paper even more next year, and to add more interest. We hope these will be successfully carried out.
The only disappointing thing about this year was the poor response from the students to the historical edition put out at the beginning of the year. A great deal of work was put into this. The staff received very little satisfaction in this form.
Generallythepaperdidwell, and hopes to be even better next year.
