Although the Junior Boys V olleyball team was made up of mainly first year players, they were almost successful in their bid for the GBSSA championship.
Competing at the tournament, which was held in Alliston, they defeated first Orillia Park Street and then Alliston, only to lose in the finals against Alliston.
Much of their success can be attributed to the fine coach- ing of Mr. Fischer and the team is very grateful for the time and effort he spent in coaching.
