BADMINTON CLUB

Unfortunately, this year has not been one of the most suc- cessful for the CCI Badminton Club. Although there were twenty or so members at the beginning of the year, the num- ber seems to have dwindled considerably and future existence is uncertain unless more interest is shown.
The students who did come were generally well-behaved and should be commended on making Wednesday nights en- joyable for all concerned.
Later this year there will be a GBSSA Badminton Tourna- ment. I'm glad to say many students have signed up for this and I am sure they will do their best in representing our school. I would like to thank them for their display of spirit and wish them the best of luck.
The Badminton Club would like to express their many thanks to Miss Biggins for giving of her time in order to make possible the Wednesday night badminton. We appreciate her patience and concern for the members of the Badminton Club.
