3. The Senior Girls' basketball team had one of its best seasons yet, as they were undefeated in the regular schedule and went on to win the Zone 3 championship. Although the team lost a hard fought final against Mar- kam for the GBSSA final, the team proved themselves one of the best in
the province.
One of the highlights of the season
occurred at our invitational tourna- ment when the team met Sudbury S.S. They proved to be an over- whelming opponent, but this gave the girls the opportunity to play a team which eventually won the OFSSA championship. The team 's season record was 10 wins and 51osses.
