Another GBSSA For Junior Boys
For the second time in the last four years the Collingwood Collegiate Institute's Junior Boys' Volleyball team has captured the GBSSA dou- ble 'A' Championship. The junior team qualified for GBSSA by winning the zone championship, held this year at C.C.I. This year the Georgian Bay Secondary School Association's final was contested at St. Roberts High School near Markham. Vocational Institute.
The CCI team had truly an
outstanding year. During the course of the season it won 40 games and lost only six. The team won 16 out of 17 matches. They worked hard at practice and became a disciplined offen- sive minded team that would not quit and came from behind in many games. They are worthy GBSSA champions!
