           SENIOR GIRLS
The senior girls basketball team was a group of hardworking girls, but this never stopped them from having a good time. They demonstrated true ambition for the sport by running circuits on their own time as well as their 2 hour prac- tices. By their great team spirit, it goes to show you that winning isn 't everything. The captains of this highspirited team were Eunice Sheffield (c) and Selina Conklin (co-c)
Coach H. Haiduk had the courage to solely take on these girls and even had time to run a circuit or two between tending to injuries and running prac- tices. Thanks Sir! The rest of the team consisted of Krista Haiduk, Karen Trudell, Julia Brown, Heidi Griesbach, Tracy Loft, Heather Borthwick, Kelly Ironside, Josephine Balloi, T ammy Johnson, Mandy Quirk, Cindy White, Laurie Saunders
JUNIOR GIRLS
The junior girls basketball team com- pleted a very successful season, finishing second overall in league com- petition. They competed in tournament play and were finalists in the Gravenhurst, Stayner and Collingwood tournaments. The girls advanced to Zone competition in Barrie but were defeated in the final game by Barrie Eastview. Congratulations to the team. Their conduct and spirit on and off the court were exemplary.
