SENIOR GIRLS
The Senior Girls Basketball Team en- joyed a very successful season ending the year with a very impressive 15 wins and 5 losses record. The team also claimed first place in the regular league play in Zone 3. Unfortunately, they were edged by Barrie North in the Zone Final play off game.
Hi-Lites of the year included consolation victories at both the North and Stayner tournaments and runner-ups at our own "Fighting Owls" tournament. The Seniors also put together a super team effort in defeating North in league play for first place. The school bids farewell to 5 seniors who have made a strong contribution to C.C.I. basketball.
JUNIOR GIRLS
to a powerful Monsignor Johnston school from Toronto. At the Stayner tournament C.C.I. lost a close championship game to an extremely tall Georgetown squad. In the Zone Championships C.C.I. easily defeated Barrie Eastview by 4.
This team consisted of 13 girls who committed a lot of their spare time to bring about a success. Mr. J. Sneyd thanks the entire team for their laughter, energy, committment and kindness. It is this combination that creates success.
MIDGET GIRLS
The Midget Girls Basketball Team completed it's season with a five and five record. In sudden-death zone qualifying it lost a hard fought game by the smallest of margins. This was a team full of spirit and pleasure to the coach. The girls made
