13.6 DARE TO BE WISE
A year never goes by when Collingwood Collegiate fails to pro- duce a number of winning teams ranging from championships at the county level to provincial titles. Whenever a championship is cap- tured, all eyes are always placed on the athlete or team. ''The Fighting owls" , however, should not forget the one individual who was responsible for helping them reach that level of achievement- THE COACH or STAFF ADVISER. Each season, this pearson puts in countless hours of coaching practices and games as well as giving up week-ends to travel to distant tournaments. Without this dedica- tion, C.C.I. would not be such a superior school. So hats off to our coaches and advisers and thank you for 'daring to be wise'!
