A lot of new blood graced the courts of / C.C.I. and several aging champions played to their final fans as members of the Ten- nis Team.
Martha Carson, Jennifer Culham and Cheryl Hunt have all represented C.C.I. in fine form. Martha had a fine year as team veteran. While helping younger members develop, she still found time to team up with Grant Morgan in a successful Mixed Doubles combo. Cheryl Hunt was a domi- nant player throughout the tournaments. Aggressive strategy and accurate play made her a valuable asset to the team. Rachel Makin and Tina Hawton showed their seasoned play and after 3 years, were irreplacable on the squad. Jamie Saunders and Jamie Mcintyre again teamed up to devour opponents and reap acclaim for C.C.I. A new leader on the team was Mike Hughes, an aggressive and up and coming star.
