Highlights of 1988-89 Cross- Country Ski Team
- Watching everyone wake-up at morning weight training
- Waving to Kelsey White roller ski- ing past the Nickel's house
- Racing at Hardwood Hills before Christmas when there was no snow anywhere else
- Collingwood Relays at Blue Ridge - skiing in a snowstorm
- Jr. Girls GBSSA Champions for the second year running - Elaine Lindhurst, Karen Skeaff, Susan Clugston, and Genevieve Currie - Elaine Lindhorst, a GBSSA Jr. Girl Champion for the second time - Scott Morgan and Brent Nell 2nd and 9th at GBSSA qualifying for OFSAA
- OFSAA Elaine Lindhorst is 6th
