CURLING/WRESTLING
The Boys Curling Team was lead by skip John Millsap and team members were: Brook Timmons, Jason Frye, Jerry Payne, and David Culham. Coaches Shackell and Cook were very encouraged by the fine showing of the team at the Gore Mutual Bonspiel and the BGSSA play-downs. Despite their lack of experience as a team, the team improved during the season. This was evident at GB's in that the team lost to Barrie Central in an extra end and finally bowed out to Bradford by forcing the game down to skip rocks. Mr. Cook is looking forward to next year when three of the boys will be back. The electives were extremely successful this year with over 40 students participating in curling.
