The Cross Country Ski Team welcom- ed several newcomers to the team this year. Marc Allard, Phillip Berry, and Gord Cook joined returnees Malcolm Harkness and Mike Horvath to form the junior boys team . Mike Cox and Kevin Hodgins joined Scott Morgan, Brent Nell , Mike Mazur and Warren Westerhof on the senior boys team . Allyson Miscampbell joined senior girls Susan Clugston, Genny Currie and Elaine Lindhorst. Karen Skeaff was joined by Shelby Worts on the junior girls team.

Scott Morgan was our best performer winning several events , including the GBSSA individual title, helping our senior boys team to qualify for OFSAA competition in Sudbury . The team plac- ed 14th in the field of 28 at OFSAA. Scott also earned the right to compete in the Jr. Nationals at Camp Fortune.
Karen Skeaff placed 2nd at GBSSA and qualified for OFSAA where she placed 36th out of 155.
Susan Clugston placed 5th at GBSSA and 72nd at OFSAA in a field of almost 200.
