Several arrived by stretch limo. Some escorted themselves in the family car, while others preferred the classic touch of a personal chaffeur (such as Ray Simmonds). They were dressed in a formal attire the likes of which Collingwood has never seen. They entered the halls of C.C.I. which were decorated in a theme that was characteristic of the 'Roaring '20's'. They socialized. dined and danced 'til midnight, but the evening was just beginning as most embarked on a series of post-Prom functions. Some arrived home just in time to greet the morning sun (such as Lisa Simmonds) while others were welcomed home with the noon day sun! (Is that not right, Kristie Norman?!?)
Dan Bares summed up the night as "Excellent" w h i l e Brian McClure f e l t " A m a z i n g " was m o r e appropriate!
