Despite the fact that there was hardly any sun, and a lot of rain clouds, the day was a roaring success, and great fun. The entire school participated in events such as the root beer chug, the tricycle race, the water balloon toss, the pie toss, the limbo, crab soccer, tug-of-war, and many more! Hot dogs and pop were available for those whose school spirit exceeded their energy level.
One of the main attractions was the "Jam Sessions" tak- ing place near the football field. The many musical talents of Bob Robinson, Rob Hannivan, Geoff Doner, and many more aspiring vocalists and musicians were much ap- preciated and enjoyed.
Besides the weather, another setback was the loss of the football field, which usually hosted several of the larger events. Being the terrific C.C.I. students that we were, we overcame the handicaps of the day, and had a wonderful "Fun in Sun Day."
Crazy!
