The C.C.I. Senior Football season was one of many highs and lows. The expec- tations of making the playoffs was achieved, but the way it was achieved frustrated both coaches and players. The Owls had to play a tie-breaking game at Banting for the last playoff spot. The Se- niors came up with a 28-0 victory and made it to the semi-finals where they lost to Barrie Central. The coaches were very proud of the way the team moulded to- gether by the end of the season and are looking forward to having a very success- ful season next year.

FAR LT: Gil Kuiper was an excel- lent and strong lineman who always gave 100%. TOP LT: Brad Synnott played strong at corner and pun- ished anyone who came near him. TOP MID. : Aaron Trowbridge runs for one of his many touchdowns in his 1000+ rushing season. TOP RT: Paul Sproule became a starter in his rookie season and was tied for most interceptions. MID LT: Owen Civi- era runs for a touch down in his very prosperous senior year MID RT: Ja- mie Hamilton, an outstanding line- backer, destroyed anyone who got between him and the ball. BOT RT: Matt Wagner was the leading re- ceiver for the C.C.I. Senior Football team and an excellent blocker as well. BOT MID.: Steve Howard, with
his excellent defence, never gave the quarterback a target at which to throw.
