CWBS, ORGANIZATIONS AND ACTIVITIES
Cl has become the first Junior C Math League Champions by earning a score of 458 points over a series of 4 games. The 50+ students competed against 14 schools in Simcoe County and Muskoka. Each of the 4 games consisted of math problems designed for grades 9 through 11. Tops scores from Grade 9 were achieved by Sarah Michom, Nick Mur- ray , Sara Richmire and Nathan Crawford . The top 5 students in grade 10 were Sasa Junu- zovic, Natasha Sunderji. Craig Broadhurst, Elaine Murch and Marisca Carruthers . The Grade 11 team was led by Nathan Richmire, Sherzana Sunderji , Anne Hogarth, Nirupama Somayajula and Susan Ellis. Of the 9 individ- ual awards given, CCI will receive 4. An out- standing achievement award went to Sasa and Natasha who placed 2nd and 3rd in the
Grade 10 competition and Nathan and Sher-
zana who received the same placings in the
Grade 11 category. Sarah Michom placed 4th
in the Grade 9 competition. Other outstand-

This year a group of hard-working commit- ted CCI students participated in Amnesty International , a group dedicated to protect- ing and fighting for the rights of people world- wide. By writing letters to government officials all over the world, we have raised awareness
