The C.C.I. wrestling has had yet another successful season. We had 7 athletes travel to OFSAA this year and many more who finished well at GB's. The retirement of our long time coach and founder, Ralph Sneyd, was a big loss to the team and school. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport of wrestling will be greatly missed at C.C.I. Miss Green took on the role of staff
advisor for the team and Jay Grainger and Miguel Martin stepped-up as in their roles as coaches ofthe team. Congratulations go out to all graduating members. Thanks for a great season!

The 1999 Track and Field Team was a large and mighty team coached by veterans Mr. Shepherd and Mr. Coukell. Although the team as a whole had an excellent season, Brian Ogle displayed
·superb technique in the field events. On the track, Kelly O'Neil and Jessica Synnott moved on to OFSSA and put in tremendous finishes in the senior girls division. What an ending to their graduating year! Congratulations are extended to all athletes. As of this writing, the 2000 is beginning their practices and working towards another strong season on the track and in the field events.
