Elmer Carr, alias "Colonel"-Long, tall, quick-witted, with rosy red cheeks. Can be detected by his love for women and horses.
William Dey, alias "Bill"-Soft, curly hair, steel grey eyes, ath- letic and graceful body. Recognized by his quick, tricky ac- tions and extreme bashfulness.
John Draper, alias "Dick"-Fair hair and fair in studies, square round chin, splendid clog dancer. Can be detected by his cracked voice.
Alexander Culham, alias "Alex"-Very heavily built, thick blood, red lips. Recognized by his tortoise shelled specs.
Elmer Fryer, alias "Red"-Fiery in hair and temper, strong, wiry and hard to please, a great hockey player. Recognized by his laughing cough.
Francis Eugene Herrington, alias "Buster"-A very, very bad man for girls. In fact his whole life is spent in their com- pany. Sweet·natured and bashful. Always playing steam en- gine and can be detected by his locomotive ways.
Frank Holden, alias "Chicken"-Rather inclined to be thin in ways and looks. Very attractive, humorous (sometimes). He is captain of our cadet corps and can be recognized by his Napoleonic manner.
Francis Wright, alias "Frank"-A long, lean, lank lad hailing from Thornbury. Tries to be sensiblet but is handicapped by chumming with Colonel Carr. Recognized by his long- ness.
Marjory Shields, alias "Marge''-Sister of Jack Shields. Dear blue stockings, with eyes to match. Recognized by her boy- ish hair-cut.
Harry Smith, brother of Hercules-Strong, powerful shoulders with features that tell he can use them. Detected by his favorite expression, "Golly, eh!"
Ver.a Leinster-A girl with a sweet canary voice. Lovely eyes and a great, big, alluring dimple on her right cheek. Recog- nized by her favorite way of answering a question, "Shut up."
Iona Piercy-President of our Literary Society. Has the cutest little elevated nose, with a pair of pink cheeks in the back- ground to complete the picture. Recognized by her favorite expression, "Gee, that's great."
Leighton Johnston-An artist, sleepy looking, but that's na- tural as he is our Editor-in-chief. Specializes in good hu- mor. Recognized by his quiet grin, and rough, unshaven face.
Mary Chase, alias "Merrily Chased"-Short of breath and length dark dimpled cheeks and she hails from Nottawa. Recog~ nized by her cute little lisp.
Fred Johnstone--Pi~no playe.r, an.d poet. Also an extra good student. Recogmzed by h1s qmet ways, and Edith Hill.
