Bruce "Bus·• Cook-Middle wing. Bus graduated 'from junior ranks this year alao. He was a smart plunger, and his idea of success in playing rugt.y was "a goou de- fense is a good offense."
Jack Halifax- Inside wing. Halley strengthened our wing line greatly. He ran into everyone with his head clown nut always came up with a smile. He was a good tackler as well as a ground gainer.
Ken Prent!icc-S nap back. This was Ken's first year playinrr rugby, but he came through ullJmcessfully. He develop-
'cl into one of the best snaps the school has ever had and was clever in breaking .\lP opponents plays.
Tom ~reCall- Tom was the handy man >:f the -team. He could fill in any position ~n the line and would have cinched a regu- lar position if he had have bad a little more experience.
JUNIOR 'l'EA~I 1929
Bob Storey-Centre l"'alf. "Red" was captain and kicker. He was the life of the .!,earn and when he plunged he tore through everything. His kicking was spec- tacular and a great factor in the C.C.I. vic- tories.
Don lUcKay-Right half. Don was the mainstay of the juniors backfield. His piv- oting and defensive work were outstand- ing as well as being an inspiration to the team .
Tom D1n·i<lson- L.eft half. This was Davey's first year at football, but my oh, my. As a ground gaining apparatus he was
the end. It reminded us of a veteran doing his "stuff."
