yellow streamers with the names of all the Blue Mountain Ski Trails hung above them. There were also shields for the six schools that participated in the "meet" displayed on the wall.
The ·dancing commenced at eight- thirty, and the presentation of the awards were made by Mr. MacRae as- sisted by Mr. Stevens at nine o'clock. After the presentations, the dancing was resumed and continued until the snack-bar opened where pop and dough- nuts were sold. The counter for the snack bar was a large t~ble decorated with black and gold streamers and also
blue and white streamers symbolizing the Blue Mountain Ski Clwb, also ever- green sprigs and cones. The centre- piece was a large snow-man complete with skies and poles.
The dancing was in full swing again by ten-thirty and remained so until midnight when as usual we had to bring our dance to a close; but there was a large crowd and everyone had a wonderful time and so our Ski Dance and ~ki Meet turned out to be a huge and pleasing success.

by the way, is the guiding hand behind our Corps. In these classes the Lead- ers learn to be "Safety-Men" and demonstrators for apparatus work, referees and coaches in basic training for most sports. Soccer was intro- duced last fall and the Leaders also prepare and care for the athletic equipment; and, for example, provided the "back-work" to prepare the Ex- hibition grounds for our School Track Meet last fall.
The officers of the Leader Corps may come from any form. For this season, our Number One is W ally Cook, C.C.I.'s track star, the Number Two is Harold Whitehead; and Graham Crosbie is the Secretary-Treasurer.
Next September we expect to be- gin an even more successful year with Leaders' Note Books to be set up, to contain sports precis and leadership that have been distributed, along with clippings and notes on boy manage- ment and leadership. Trips to Toronto to see professional games are also being planned. These trips will prob- ably consist of two days of lectures and visits to various athletic games and activities.
Much credit is due to Mr. Gooday who formed the corps and acts as our Instructor in the Monday evening classes. The Leaders Corps is new to the school but is a great success and we hope will continue to assist in the sports life of the C.C.I.

The Corps meets every Monday evening at seven o'clock for a short lecture on athletic work, followed by an hour of practice in the Gymnasium. They receive advance instruction from the Physical Education Director, who,
