Senior Volleyball
The Girls GBSSA V olleyball tournament was held in Midland this year. From 10 in the morn- ing until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, the girls fought hard , but unfortunately, were not able to bring a victory home with them.

The girls would like to express appreciation to Miss Meredith for an excellent job in coaching both teams as well as to Judy Johnston, who was the manager.

The Junior team also went to the tournament in Midland.
The team , composed of mainly first-year players, showed a tremendous amount of en- thusiasm and spirit---qualities necessary for a good team.
The players thank Miss Meredith for her help and encouragement at practices as well as in games. Thanks also go to Beth Blackburn, team captain, and Joan Stevens, manager.
