SENIOR FOOTBALL TEAM
The Senior Fighting Owl football team completed their second consecutive season, undefeated in regular season play. This year the Fighting Owls were 5-0-1 to finish first in the North Division.
The offense averaged 36 points per game while the defense allowed a stingy 8 points per game against. In- dividual trophy winners were Roy Freer, Scott Lecky, lan Maclean, Mark Coutts, !John Markovich and John Skinner.
But for a team to be this successful it must be a total team effort. We were dumped unceremoniously in the first round of the play-offs, but this does not detract from another fine season. Special thanks to Messers, Bernie, Redding and Thompson.
