JUNIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL TEAM
The CCI Junior Boys Volleyball team had a good season. In the regular schedule. they had a six win and two loss record which resulted in a second place league finish. In the zone finals, CCI were semi-finalists losing in a hard fought match to Barrie lnnisdale . Collingwood entered the St. Teresa's "Invitational tournament where tHey played well against tough competition. The team was hosted by St. Roberts for a Toronto week-end. Although they were tremendous social hosts , they taught us a lesson in humility on the volleyball court. Next year there will .be 5 players returning for a second year of junior eligibil.ity. These players are Marc Lapointe, Jim Prosser , Dan Thurman, Brian Haggan and Phil Havens. Players moving to the senior rahks are Jeff Pepper, Dave Jamieso6, Jim Janoff, Jason Barnard, Kirk Nell; and Dan .St. Amand. The team was coached by Mr. D. Chandler.
