Beginning in January, between 200 and 300 students and teachers of CCI ventured to the slopes of Blue Mountain every Wednesday for a few hours of skiing.
The Club aim is to promote controlled recreational skiing at reasonable cost. Privileges of membership include bus transportation to Blue Mountain Resorts for at least 8 weekly trips, tow privileges from 2:30-5:00 pm each Wednesday, ski lessons, rental of complete ski equipment, and par- ticipation in all Club sponsored social events such as the Treasure Hunt.
This year has been an unusually dif- ficult year as snow has not been abundant, to say the least. In spite of the conditions, there seems to be lots of enthusiasm and we hope to end our season on a good note with the J,reasure Hunt ·Thanks to our staff advisors Mr. Haiduk, Mr. Morgan and Mr. Sproule.
Also, the Club would like to thank Mr. Freudeman and certainly Mr . Gord canning and Blue Mountain Ski Resorts for their continued support and cooperation.
