The Midget Girl's Volleyball Team finished its' season among the top four teams in Simcoe County. At the Regional Zones day, the team ran into strong opposition and lost to the finalists in close matches. The girls demonstrated excellent skills and sportsmanship at all of the matches and tournaments. As a result, each of the players is given special thanks along with Coach Vandeweerdhof.
The Junior Girls finished their season with a seven win- six loss league record and went on to finish fourth in the Simcoe County Regional Tournament. The team also par- ticipated in three tournaments, finishing fourth twice and losing in the consolation final in the other. It was truly a good season for all of the girls and a special 'Hats Off' thanks to Coach Coukell.
The Senior Girl's Volleyball Team completed their season with a league record of 7 wins and 3 losses. They also attended four tournaments and qualified for the cham- pionship round in all four. They won the silver medal at the Barrie Eastview Tournament after successfully defeating all entrants from G.B.S.S.A.. The team would like to thank graduating players Kari Arnott, Sarah Boughton, Jeon Stanley and Holly Williamson for their contributions to volleyball both on and off of the court over the past four or five years.
