RIVER'S EDUCA TION CLUB
Approximately seventy-five stu- dents took part in the Driver's Educa- tion classes last year at C.C.I.. The course consists of twenty-five hours of classroom instruction and ten hours of practice driving plus twenty hours ob- serving other new drivers learning how to drive.
The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe operation of a motor vehicle. Students that complete the course will have the basic knowledge needed for expert driving and for this reason, the graduates are given a substantial reduction in in- surance rates.

Since early fall, the Badmin- ton Club has been meeting once a week at night in order to learn the basics of good playing technique, or to accept the thrill of a challenge, but most of all, just to have a lot of fun. This year, the coaches of Pommer
·and Maidment felt that we had one o f the strongest group o f players that has ever graced the courts of C.C.I. The club also acted as an additional training ground for those players who wanted to compete on the school team.
