Bird was only one of the many rockers that entertained a packed gym with his air band. Leap-frogging with Mr. Red- mond's class won this homeroom a pizza party for rais- ing the most money.
''The food was excellent and the company was simply superb!" commented Cindy Shaw and Bill Threader after they returned from winning a luncheon date with Mr. Vandeweerdhof and Miss Stukas.
The Student's Council was most grateful to each homeroom for their efforts in contributing to this worthy cause and it was with great pride that they presented a cheque for the amount of $2000.00 to Greg Sybersma, the United Appeal representative, at the Christmas assembly.
