If the Shoe Fits . . .
The Cross-Country Running Team was the smallest in several years with only 12 members competing at the G.B.S.S.A Championships in Parry Sound. In the Simcoe County league, the Senior boys finished 5th overall and were led by Shawn Chartrand who showed steady im- provement all season and finished a strong 6th in the last meet. At the G .B.S.S.A meet, the Senior Boys were the only complete team C.C.I. had and they finished 6th with Shawn in 9th position as an individual. The leading team members in the other division were: Carrie Scott- Midget Girls, Mar- tha Kelly - Junior Girls, Susan Clugston in Senior Girls and Glen Spicher in Midget Boys.
