They were named champions at the CCI 20th Invitational Tour- nament, but the highlight of the season was being the first team to beat the teachers in CCI memory. Playing before a packed gym, the teachers faced an outstand ing team! How can we forget Jaimie 'Radar' McNairn- 'Ra- dar - for her unconscious blind shots that al- ways went in, Devon 'Debo" Mcinnis, Captain. She was quick, smart, tenacious and an superb team leader for 4 years . Then there was Jackie Young, also a great team leader who definitely displays university talent. Mag- gie 'Magic' Harkness was named the 'Most Improved Old Girl' for developing a great in- side move. Some of the teams most immem- orable moments were Jaimie putting the grab on Coach Simpson in orde r to slow him down , Julie Crago being able to beat her dad at one on one, Marjorie's quick steals and steely looks, Angie's whirlwind speed and powerful
